for Good
Making a meaningful impact in our local communities through employee-driven partnerships with a variety of non-profit organizations.
The PaveMasters Family of Companies believes that acts of service help build stronger communities. Our employees live and work locally, and we’re fortunate to have deep-rooted ties to the communities in which we operate. Our "Paving the Way for Good" campaign allows us to support local organizations that our employees have personal ties to, which allows their passion for positive growth and change to shine.
HIS-OC
Homeless Intervention Services of Orange County offers outreach, emergency shelter, and transitional housing programs designed to address homelessness at every stage. While emergency shelters provide critical short-term relief, their approach goes further, focusing on structured, long-term solutions that break the cycle of homelessness. In 2025, the entire PaveMasters crew put together an epic toy donation and was able to provide over 400 toys and bikes to ensure that all the children in their housing could count on a special holiday surprise.

In 2025, we were given the opportunity to not only donate 400+ toys and bikes for their event, but also to have the Eagle Paving team on-site to help out and spread holiday cheer.

This incredible organization brings attention the overwhelming veteran suicides; 22 per day according to the VA which far exceeds those killed in action. Each year Weems Asphalt comes through as a title sponsor for this event, and the team is out in full force supporting this incredible cause.

Each year during the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA) conference, we are honored to make a considerable donation that directly reflects the amount of business we continue to do with these communities. The FJE Charitable Foundation awards several scholarships each year to deserving college-bound youth who reside in WMA member communities. More than 855 scholarships of $1,000 and up have been awarded since 1999!
